Review on CHESONA by Dustin Ramsey

My most recent purchase from CHESONA was a tablet cover, and I must say that I was very dissatisfied with the entire process. The merchandise arrived very late and did not match the website's description in any way. After making contact with customer support, I found that they were unresponsive and unable to assist me. It took several days before I received any kind of reaction, and when I finally did, the representative was dismissive and did not apologize for the inconvenience. To make matters even more difficult, when I attempted to get a refund by sending the object back, I was informed that I would be responsible for paying for return shipping, despite the fact that the error was on their end. Dealing with a business that doesn't value their customers and doesn't take responsibility for their mistakes is extremely frustrating. CHESONA is not a store that I would encourage shopping at, and I intend to take my money and business elsewhere in the future.
