So happy we got this! Some notes.

I'm on maternity leave for 16 weeks. Today is my last day. For 15 of those weeks I held the baby in my arms 12-20 hours a day. This thing saves the wits when they are big enough to control their head and neck. Not to brag or anything, but this morning I had to go to the bathroom, throw in some laundry and get a glass of water with a bouncing baby. a way. She then fell asleep in it and I was able to get her to take a nap with no fuss. I'll feel a little better going back to work on Monday (from home due to Covid) with this thing on. I panicked. Some details that I think will help someone: 1.) The baby was about 24.5 inches long when we first put her in. On the video she is 25, maybe 25.5 inches tall. It took a few tries to find the right pillow/box to give him pep, sometimes needs a little adjustment when he tosses it aside. I placed a small folded flannel wrap suit behind her in the back seat. If she sits back without them and reaches for toys, she tends to get a hand between her body and the cloth seat. 2.) Keep up the good work. When you first use them, they might only last 5 minutes. Most likely they will not jump. The second time I thought it was a failure because she looked at the elephant and got scared. Now she LOVES it, only had a few short tries. 3.) The seat is a bit difficult to assemble. Yes, I'm sure I can take it off to wash. I pray I never have to. For those having trouble twisting or turning, check the back (has a raised head) where you attached the fabric to the ring/base. Ours didn't spin and the problem was that some of the fabric was hanging off the edge. It took my husband some effort with this part as I just couldn't get the fabric where it needed to be, but as soon as he pulled it off the edge the wheels popped out and the fabric spun freely. 4.) Yes, the lion is a bit harsh. No, she can't chew a red frog. It doesn't seem to bother her. Sometimes I move the lion. If you relax, great. If not, then fine. Overall I chose this brand over other brands/styles because it felt safer than others with cute music and toys and our daughter was able to grow into it. I appreciate being able to put them in this thing for an engagement when I can't give them 1-1 time. It's much more comfortable for us with her than constantly walking around the living room or laying it on the carpet. If you have a kid who always wants to stand tall (don't plant me mom/dad!), give him your hard earned money and invest in yourself and your kid's sanity - get this thing. I'm so glad we did.
