First, this bag can cost twice as much and is still a good investment. The price is more than reasonable. I'm still amazed. Second, the quality of the leather, stitching, strap, buckles, EVERYTHING is amazing. It's just great. Third, flawless design. Fits my 15.6" laptop perfectly - in the pocket - with room for my iPad, laptop, pens, phone etc etc. I wish there was a carabiner somewhere inside for my keys but this is the only improvement that I can suggest. I was looking for a quality briefcase at a good price, but this is a GREAT briefcase at a GREAT price. I also received a signed note in the bag that read a very nice "thank you" on one side and detailed care instructions on the other. Perhaps we're all too used to disappointing products and customer care that doesn't particularly translate seems interested, so this portfolio might restore your confidence a bit. I understand it's just a messenger bag, but it's not. Stay healthy.
