I can cook well. I cook everything in our house. I do everything on the grill or in the oven. I recently got into cake making and shoe making because of a friendly family competition. One thing that has always bothered me (until now) has been the crust. Always either too thick or too thin and incomplete. This is no longer a problem. With the Quellance Adjustable Rolling Pin and Baking Mat, I now get the perfect crust every time. Just use the right spacers and you're good to go. The tweezers are made of high quality materials. If you put it in the fridge before use and dust it well with flour, it won't stick. The silicone mat is easy to clean, lies flat and adheres well to the worktop. You also need to keep it well floured. Otherwise the silicone may stick to the dough. I love how my cakes and cobblers are coming out now. This is a good product. Five stars.
