These Boeings are cool! We use them in a variety of places - from the ceiling to the top of the cage, spiraling through the center of the cage, from the floor to the cage door. and birds use them regularly. There is a clip on the top and metal protruding from the bottom that can be bent around anything to secure the bottom. However, the shape is holding up well, making them easy to handle for our smaller birds (tile and kennel) without a solid floor. We have 4 of these and they are great! To be on the safe side, I cut off any loose, worn rope at the top and bottom.
