Silicone Base - Odd Texture
This product definitely clogs a Luminess airbrush, so do not use with it. It's definitely more silicone texture than anything. Looks watery but it coats everything with an odd film. If you want a heavy coverage that doesn't breathe, you'd likely love this. Obviously, I'm not a fan.
