Excellent product for stopping bleeding but USE EXTREME CAUTION

I use this product to stop bleeding on minor cuts and wounds. It is used in my dental office and works very quickly on specific, very small bleeding areas. In the office, I apply it with a cotton swab or tiny cotton balls held in tweezers (about 1/8 inch). Just lightly dip the cotton in enough liquid to transfer to the cut without having to soak a lot of solution. USE IT SAFELY! Small things have a big impact! If you are not a healthcare provider, you can use this product at home with a cotton swab, a small amount of damp paper towel, handkerchief, etc. to cut your skin. Note that it can sting a little; Apply pressure and rub over the incision and then hold for 30 seconds to a minute and then check the site. Before you remove the paper towel or cotton you used to apply it, wet it first so it doesn't stick to the wound and potentially reopen and cause bleeding if you rip it off. Depending on the situation, you may need multiple uses, and if so, hold the pressure longer. The blood clot is temporarily brown in color. The solution may stain the fabric. This can leave a temporary brownish discoloration of the skin. DO NOT USE IN THE MOUTH WITHOUT PROPER PREPARATION. NEVER SWALLOW OR SWALLOW THIS SOLUTION! it is easy for topical application on the skin that is held with bleeding pressure. If you're buying this but are unfamiliar with its chemistry and aren't a healthcare provider, read about it online to learn more about safe use. It's TOXIC so don't mess with it. This 16 ounce bottle will last a lifetime because it takes so little to cut. Be sure to keep these in a safe place where children or anyone who might abuse them can find them!
