Product looks good but instructions are few. The product is from China and the person who writes the instructions cannot translate into English. I ordered 2 players and one had bad headphones (no sound on one side) and a very very small screw fell out of the bottom of the player and couldn't be put back in and tightened. The menu in the player cannot be used and there are no instructions on how to use it. The sound quality is good and it was easy to sync music from the computer to the player. Pay money and get a better device.
