This is a decent bearing that runs smoothly when mounted flat but the biggest disappointment is that the inner ring moves freely (coaxial). With this type of bearing, the inner ring should not have large or lateral movements (ie, no rattling). If the application is for a wheel bearing you will have a fair amount of "scraping" as the wheel can toe-in/toe-in leading to premature wear/failure. Recommended for low-speed, low-cost applications only; definitely not for precision or critical work. Note: I did not contact the seller as I assume they are just cheaply made and not necessarily defective. Both bearings (set of 2) are identical in performance and quality.
