Review on Cleaner Connected Controls Self Charging NER300 by Melissa Stout

I bought this because we have a short haired dog and was hoping to sweep a little less. I still sweep the same amount and have to clean up after this vacuum. My dog has a rather short coat (she is a Rottweiler mix) and her hair gets stuck in the brush (see picture). I have to brush it off all the time. After the first few uses (and I've cleaned it every time) almost nothing ends up in the bin (see photo). It simply accumulates in the bushes, and then falls to the ground. He also seems lost all the time. I was hoping it would get better in my living room and kitchen over time, but it keeps getting stuck in corners. I'll tell him "go home" through my Alexa. If you tell him to go home, he has to dock at the base, and sometimes he'll go to another room! My house is all hardwood and I have a mat on the front and back doors. Every time it goes over the carpet, a few clumps of hair and everything else gets caught in the brush (see picture). I tried changing the settings and cleaning patterns in the app but nothing helped. I was going to return it but I decided to give it a few weeks and try different settings and of course life happens and I missed the 30 day window to get it back. So I think I ran out of the money I paid for it. I don't like writing bad reviews and I rarely do, but I wanted to do that with this product as I am very disappointed and would like to warn potential buyers. .
