Do not buy this from Thermometer

This is a very affordable premium thermometer. The fact that it can only read in degrees Celsius is ridiculous when cheaper thermometers have that capability. The F° range is listed on the back of the box. The package states that instructions are included, but the package does not. Looking at the previous two reviews it seems they are wrong judging by the reviewer's name.
