This item is pretty cool and definitely a must have in my house. My husband has serious knee problems. He wears braces but I can't get him to ever freeze them. he doesn't sit still long enough and simply refuses at night. I saw it and ordered it right away. I thought he could actually move while freezing his knee. It is very well made and extremely durable. The ice pack fits well around the knee and the velcro is strong. It's definitely a one size fits all. I was concerned my husband has huge hips and it ended up being perfect for him. My only reason for 4 stars is that it's really inconvenient to walk inside which is why I bought it. but I understand that when normal people freeze something, it usually happens when they don't get up and move. My husband is not normal. All in all, this is a great idea with a great purpose!
