wobbly and unfinished

bought this to put on my window sill and it fits, but the holes for the tubes are too big and the setup is wobbly and feels like if I try to move it the three tubes will fall out. I had to stuff some cotton between the glass tubes and the wood base to better secure them in. the wood base itself is untreated wood and has beveled edges, but on mine only two out of the three corners are beveled. craftsmanship makes this not worth the $$
