Okay but fit is weird.
I am 5’5” and 185lbs. I purchased the XL. The fit was weird. Arms were tight throughout and the body fit was slightly loose. I tried running in place to see how it would feel on my arms… I think eventually, the arms will break in and loosen a bit. But my main issue was, the body kept rising up to my neck. I had to keep pulling it down. Which is not something I was to keep doing while I’m running. Maybe I need to go bigger? I’m not sure but I’m going to return and think about it.
