The heatsink is not working.
When I received the package, the heat sink was not equipped, but simply mounted on a circuit board. So I pulled off the protective film and stuck it on the power chip. It didn't work at all. Then I removed the radiator, tried to turn it on, it worked. So I think the heatsink is too close to the inductor. It disturbs. Anyway, it works without a heatsink.
