Bad quality, they don't last long

I buy for the second time. It took a couple of months the first time and since I didn't have a return window I thought maybe it was my fault that this charger stopped working. Here it is again, I bought it in September 2020 and on March 15, 2021 it stopped working again. I have no idea why I plug it in and the light on the charger is off, tried multiple outlets and still nothing.
