The controller is almost unusable. It's either a motion sensor or a controller, but I can't seem to get it to work properly with the screen when selecting options. When I'm in game it seems to work better. The online troubleshooter suggested that this might be due to the fact that it's a non-Nintendo copy controller. I can't find the serial number, maybe it's in there. It's taken me so long to get this console and it was such a late Christmas present that I just don't have the energy to fix it.
