I was dissatisfied with OUBANG's online shop as a product manager because of the website's subpar layout. Finding what I was looking for was challenging due to the cluttered layout and perplexing navigation, which added needless aggravation and delays to my purchasing experience. The search feature on the website was also subpar, frequently returning irrelevant results or no results at all. The absence of helpful filters and sorting options that would have aided in focusing my search disappointed me. Additionally, there were discrepancies in the prices, with some items being marked up considerably. Although the selection of retro gaming consoles, legacy systems, and PlayStation games was impressive, the unattractive website design took away from the overall purchasing experience. To provide a better user experience and contend with other online gaming retailers, OUBANG must upgrade the look of its website.
