The pattern is really attractive - modern, simple, clean. Instead of buying an expensive Duo honeycomb screen for the front door, a screen protector seemed like a good alternative. I read all the reviews with helpful film installation tips and they were invaluable. The most useful: 1) Cut the pieces before hanging - I used a quilting knife and rotary knife; 2) Clean dust and grease from windows (50% alcohol / 50% water as a degreaser); 3) Cut small strips of tape and stick them on top of the foil to avoid getting oil from your fingers on the foil itself. I didn't use as much water as some reviewers recommend and it's fine. The most frustrating and time consuming part of the whole installation was removing the protective film. Took about 3 hours - 12 small glasses. Not as hard and not as long as I thought. Of course, the end result is worth the effort. The 4 star rating reflects the fact that it just installed - wait and see if there are any adhesion issues.
