This is my first review of the InstaTrack Body Fat/BMI Digital Bathroom Scale with Athlete Mode and will be updated as I use it. Scales have many functions. that you can scan your body and save data for up to 4 people. The scale is made of transparent glass and is equipped with a stainless steel backlight, which allows an accurate determination of body composition and an accurate measurement of fat and water content in the body. The scale calculates BMI with similar accuracy to a medical scale in the office, as it provides general statistics on the health of the entire body. The scale measures 11.8 x 11.8 and measures up to 400 pounds. I chose this scale because I was losing a lot of weight and needed to take care of my body to keep it in a healthy BMI range. To adjust the scale, it will first ask for P1, P2, etc., and then the user will ask you to select your height and then your age. The scale first displays your weight and then processes multiple snapshots of your BMI, water percentage and body fat. I didn't think it would work well for my size 6 foot, but it turned out to fit most foot sizes. Advantage: There are many products of this size. Firstly, the design is very stylish and modern, secondly, I appreciate its tidiness and find that it suits my doctor visits every time. Third, I appreciate being able to monitor my water and fat levels so I can keep up to date, and it's also really handy that I don't lose my data every time someone else uses the scale while they're continuing to work. up to 4 users. The bad: I can't find anything wrong with this scarecrow, honestly it works great, maybe a suggestion to have a highlight where the numbers should be more visible. in the dark. It supports up to 4 users with no memory leaks, never crashes or losing accuracy. It shows all the results very clearly and matches my doctor's office results for BMI, water percentage and fat percentage. The scale saves your entered age, height and activity data in your personal memory on the scale so you don't have to re-enter it every time as it is not erased. Finally, the scale is very durable and can hold up to 400 pounds with the same consistent accuracy. I would highly recommend this scale to anyone who needs accurate results to check BMI, water content and body fat.
