There are 4 loops to go up in size and it is true to size. it’s OK to measure yourself and get the size that works. There is a measurement chart provided and once you follow those instructions and get the size on the chart it works! Not because it says 2X means you’ve horribly gained weight or you’ve gone up In sizes. I’m 5’4” - 184 lbs and I got a 2X which works for me! It’s feels and looks amazing!
