Problem solved. for lighting conversion kits
I recently replaced a lightbulb. after a few weeks the ballast failed. It's the chicken and egg syndrome. I do NOT know the answer, but so far everything works. Have found this a number of times (according to reviews) that the bulb almost ALWAYS outlasts the ballast. I can't make a recommendation based on this assumption, but I know what I experienced. Now it works for now!
