Locking mechanism/spring rusted on me after 4 months. I would like to point out that my truck has been off the road for 2 months which may have accelerated the rusting. With constant use of the industrial truck, it is possible that the locking mechanism/spring is sprayed with diesel fuel, which slows down corrosion. The lid itself is sturdy and still works, but the lock is no longer fully functional for my purposes. In my opinion they need to use a more rust resistant metal for the locking mechanism. I think it would be a great product if that were the case.
