Review on NEON-dX by Matt Ellis

The best part about Neon is that we can customize our dashboards as per requirement which makes it easier while monitoring everything from different perspectives like sales & performance management etc., It's easy platform with great support team! No dislike in anything but I would say there should be an option of adding custom fields/data points or data mapping feature so one don't have trouble during dashboard customization process (It may take more time if you are not familiar).

Have used neon mainly because its very user friendly interface where each section has specific task assigned by developer itself i am able use this tool without any help required even basic training will make me productive within short span period - We need tools who provide us realtime insights regarding customers behaviour patterns alongwith their purchase history across various channels ecommerce / direct channel both online& offline using AI powered engine.
