Simply strip, insert and crimp wires
With a suitable crimping tool, these connectors provide an easy way to terminate 4-wire CAT3 telephone cables with a plug. I've found them to work well with both flat and round phone cords. However, with round cables, the cores must be correctly positioned for correct polarity before being inserted into this connector for crimping. properly aligned and inserted into the connector and then crimped. The connection is then strong and compact. These connectors are inexpensive.
