This product is well made. The problem is that it only works on some cars. The noise you get from it varies depending on the type of exhaust, but most of the time you don't hear it. If you can, it just sounds like an annoying whistle at the same pitch while driving. The problem is that it doesn't cover the entire diameter of the exhaust. ***But I think if you took a larger size that would cover the diameter of the exhaust pipe it would work much better.***
