I am very happy with these swim shoes. I returned to swimming after a long absence and of course the first time I came back I fell (I'm 70). My daughter immediately told me about swim shoes and how they would protect me from falls. So of course I went straight to Revane. There was a lot to choose from and such a wide price range! I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but I definitely wanted something that would work. Reviews about them were very good except that the sole inside comes off after a while. It didn't bother me because I have many different types of glue, so it was a side issue. What really mattered was that the reviews said they offered good support which is what I needed so I bought them and luckily they matched my swimsuit too! These are great swim shoes! I don't wear them to the pool. My slipping issues occur before and after getting in and out of the pool and these swim shoes provide the excellent traction I've read about. I haven't had any problems with the insole, but I have prepared a waterproof adhesive in case there are any problems. Great swim shoes at a great price and I haven't slipped once since I bought them.
