Shopping at Riekinc left me feeling let down, which is surprising coming from someone who places a high value on quality and dependability. Their products, despite the fact that they offer a broad selection of clothing options, have a lot of room for improvement. The little black dress that I bought was of poor quality and did not appear anything like the picture that was displayed on the website. The statement jewelry that I purchased was poorly made and fell apart after just one use. I was very disappointed. In addition, the fun costume that I bought for an event that's coming up wasn't the right size for me, so it didn't fit correctly. In spite of the fact that I made numerous attempts to contact customer service, I did not receive a response or a satisfactory resolution to my issues. In general, I was underwhelmed by my experience at Riekinc, and as a result, I would not recommend this store to anyone seeking to purchase high-quality clothing or accessories.
