It was a waste of money
I bought 2 eyebrow pencils and they are both dry. The black pigment was light and transparent. This product barely showed on my olive-dark complexion. I will never buy this product again. I have sparse eyebrows so I shaved them off to apply this product. Thank god I bought Aresvns eyebrow tattoo stickers. These eyebrow tattoo stickers stayed on my eyebrows for 5 days and still looked perfect. I washed my face without washing the eyebrow area with a tattoo sticker.
