I LOVE THESE SANDALS

Me: High arch and metatarsal, wide metatarsal with narrow heel, PF and 4th metatarsal stress fracture recovery. To top it off, I'm in my 40's with leg problems. I LOVE THESE SANDALS! Straps are padded for comfort, can be B or W width due to adjustable straps, have heel cushioning, medium to medium arch support, low to medium midfoot support, with heavy traction on wet surfaces. I've worn Chacos Updrafts for years as they offer high arch support, but my midfoot needed more "fixed" movement. Chaco heavy, even lighter models hurt my legs. I ordered several Teva models to try: Hurricane XLT, Terra Fi Lite, Terra Float, Verra, and Tirra. Tirra was the best of all. I'd say the Terra Fi Lite would come second for arch support, but the triangular padding was uncomfortable and the strapping system was kind of odd (for me). An added bonus: they look great, are affordable, and come in a variety of fun colors. If you're worried about them being burly and masculine, fear not! Trust me, if you have foot problems, it's worth the time and money to try them!

Pros
  • Heel size is approx 1.5"
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than others
