I don't write reviews unless the product was terrible or exceeded my expectations. In this case the product was terrible. I am 35 years old and have been roller skating for most of my life. I had a pair of Roces wrist guards which lasted a very long time then 187 wrist guards which were decent now I recently ordered these Protecs. I don't know why they have such a high rating. They are true to size but very uncomfortable. There is a plastic support rod on the top. Due to the very little padding, the plastic digs in at the top of the wrist. The bottom is also uncomfortable. I'm pretty sure you'll do more damage to your arm if you fall than if you're not carrying anything at all. For your information. Made in China. I do not recommend these
