These pips work great! I've had mine for over a year now, works great, no problems. I read a lot of negative reviews about people who bought them and they broke after 3 uses. Either I'm having good luck with mine or people aren't following the instructions? You just use a look into your lenses with some pressure, but enough pressure. Start with a light and gradual care over time, but never enough to squeeze out the daylight. Do not place your glasses on the glasses frame as this may cause the cushions to fall off. If you apply some pressure to both pads at the same time and both pads are snug against the lenses and you work in a circular motion you should get good results. It's been working for me for over a year. BTW, these cleaners work really well, it's amazing how well they remove all the oils from your lenses. Be sure to clean your glasses with the brush provided before cleaning your lenses with the pads.
