Review on OGIO Renegade Large Black Pindot by Jeff Leu

I bought this backpack on August 1, 2018, 5 months ago. I loved it, perfect for what I need it for, plenty of room for two 15 inch laptops and more pockets than I will ever need. There is now a hole in what should have been the strongest stitched part of the bag. The seams came undone at the seam. What a damn drag. BACKGROUND - I use this backpack for work. I have 2 laptops in it. When I go to work I put my bag in the back seat of my truck, drive to work, get bag from back seat, go to office, get laptop, work, at the end of the day I get back in my truck, put my backpack in the back seat and drive home lay on the floor, get my laptops out and get on with my work. Rinse and repeat. Careful or moderate use. Now there is a hole in the bottom of the bag. What should be the most durable part of the bag? A hole, a big hole where the seams visibly opened. (See photo). If I had spent $20-$30 on this bag I wouldn't expect anything less. However, I spent over $100, which is more than I've ever spent on a backpack in my life (47 years old). . I thought I was buying a quality product. Of course I paid the premium price. I needed a strong and reliable bag that would last for years. Now all I need is an expensive backpack with a hole in the bottom. I have a defective, expensive product. I left a 1 star review as a despised lover. UPDATE: I called and explained the situation and Revain sent a replacement the next day. Shipping costs but I politely explained that it was a defective bag and I would not pay any of those charges. not 5) I like the bag and am grateful for the happy ending
