I bought this serum to reduce redness and acne and for its anti-aging and nourishing properties. Its oil balance seems to work well with my skin so far (I've tried avocado and neem oil for the first time) and I've had less acne. After a month of use, I noticed a moderate overall improvement in skin condition (softness, elasticity) and tone (reduction in hyperpigmentation and redness). However, I use hard water to wash my face and I think it doesn't get completely clear due to this environmental factor. The formula is thicker and thicker than I would have expected from a serum, but it absorbs quite well. (I like to apply it by mixing it with a light moisturizer) and it doesn't leave a residue on me unless I use too much at once. Although I'm wondering if it should be opaque, milky and thicker than a liquid (the picture you uploaded of a woman taking a dropper from a bottle looks like my product but the product looks like the don't know from other images you've uploaded). The only thing I would change is a thinner, more watery formula, but that's just my preference. Overall I'm happy with the effectiveness of the product and the simple list of ingredients, a great soothing product for those with sensitive skin. Next time I might choose a product with more ingredients and more potency (maybe your antiaging serum).
