I worked there for 7 years, it was always fun to work with such amazing people! The pay could be better, but all employees really do care about their coworkers' well being so everyone works together very closely too which makes up for any lack in compensation. Definitely make sure you get into an interview process at least 2-3 times before hiring someone because they will usually ask multiple questions during that time period just so they can ensure no candidates slip through the cracks (and therefore waste money). We were constantly having medical emergencies occur while working offsite due to not enough staff or even proper equipment. This has improved drastically now days thanks mainly from KFM's efforts. It made us feel more secure knowing we had another pair looking over my shoulder instead of relying solely upon me alone sometimes feeling uncomfortable doing this kind of job without assistance with safety concerns.
