Intermittent performance. Doesn't play all my DVDs.
All my DVDs won't play. The performance is unstable. The keys are very difficult to read. The LED lights are barely visible during the day. Best Buy's Geek Squad hooked it up to me about two weeks ago, but I'm pretty sure it's already past the return period since I bought it in March. But I will still return it as it is useless to me and I will only bear my loss.
