This is a serious water bottle. Double walled and made from stainless steel, it looks very durable and will keep your drink very well insulated for a long time. I don't really like the design of the bottle itself, but it's great for long trips and the like. Here are some pros and cons: PROS-- As mentioned, this bottle isolates beverages very well. It keeps cold drinks cold for a long time. It's the same with hot drinks: It not only keeps my tea warm, but really hot for many hours. It's sealed. There is a pull tab on the top to cover the hole you are drinking through and it snaps in place very firmly. To test this, I turned the bottle upside down and shook it vigorously; only a few drops escaped. No leaks will occur under normal use or if you accidentally knock it over. The top handle makes it easy to carry. The handle pivots up and down. It's big enough to keep you hydrated throughout the day (20 oz). minuses. It is heavy due to stainless steel and heavy insulation. If you're taking a lot of gear on a hike, or just take a lot of stuff to work, this might be a consideration. The difference in weight between this water bottle and a similar stainless steel water bottle I have is noticeable. I personally find the drinking mechanism quite annoying. You open the tab and there's kind of a protrusion around the hole. This means that you should basically pour the drink into your mouth instead of drinking straight out of the hole. This is particularly annoying when the liquid is running low and you almost have to turn it upside down to drink. As a person with Schnoz, I also found my nose resting on an open tongue. I also noticed that it's not good for heavy protein shakes as the hole the liquid comes out of is small and not ideal for thick ones. Beverages. Overall, this is great for keeping drinks hot or cold throughout the day, making it perfect for camping or hiking (if you don't mind the extra weight). Not sure if this will be my daily water bottle.
