Four distinct pairs of these headphones, the newest of which is four years old, are available for my listening pleasure. They'll do any similar ears for a similar fee, and the sound is different for everyone. They "enhance" the sound when listening to recordings with a limited dynamic range, such those found on YouTube. You can try to define it like follows: The low end is fairly strong, the midrange is a little muted, but the high end is clear and there. My older headphones have stronger magnets and bass, are compatible with low-quality equipment, and help to slightly correct the dead bottoms. Which are more modern — they cut costs on magnets, but the resulting sound is more linear, noble, and excellent. If you want to know how to fix these headphones, check out the "discussions." I plan to soon purchase a brand new one in order to write a detailed evaluation of the two. In March of 2022, I spent $190 on brand new ones. They simply made the wire thinner and softer, so it doesn't look any different (there were no problems with the wires at all). Two days of "warming up" at medium volume (the membrane is molded, thus there are stiffening ribs that relax a little during time of use; this is necessary for any headphones). The new headphones are slightly less sensitive, so the sound is less loud and free, the panorama is less impressive, and there is an aftersound of membranes (similar to "trumpeting"), indicating that they cut costs on magnets once again. Few things are as satisfying as a pair of ancient ears. Perhaps they just need to get warmed up, in which case they'll have to put in more time, but that's beside the point. In any case, there is no other comparable option at such a low price. Children are the best, so if you see something cheap and appealing, go ahead and get it for them.
