I like these spikes and have bought them before. They last quite a long time compared to others I've tried and I've never had any slippage issues. The only downside is that I find that on soft greens I tend to leave more or more spike marks than the people I play with. A few installation tips, especially if you're new to this style. To remove old, worn cleats, I've found that grasping the sides with long-nose pliers works better than any cleat tool. Secondly there are 3 separate clicks when installing, the first one is obvious, you can do it with your fingers and if you look at the spigot you will see that it is still not fully installed using the spigot tool for the second Click use the peg. looks sedentary but for the last click it has to go about 1/8 further, if you miss that last click leave the spikes on course but if you adjust them all the way they are fine as long as you don't have them to replace again
