It works but the UI is INCREDIBLY outdated. I could only get it to work in Internet Explorer. Not all settings are clearly marked and documentation is almost non-existent. If you just need to connect to a standard serial device like a server or switch, and you don't mind trial and error, you'll probably be fine. I tried to control a tricky projector via a serial port and never managed to get it working properly, although the loopback test was fine and other serial gateways were able to control the projector. Tl;dr janky UI, YMMV.
