Excellent pot. Perfect size

After much searching I finally replaced my 16 year old white Corning pan with a Koov. Couldn't be happier with the purchase. The size is perfect for both a full casserole for a group and small portions for two people. It heats up evenly, I don't have to mix most dishes halfway through cooking like I used to. It's well done. It's a bit hard if that's a problem for you. My wife loves how it looks in the center of the dining table when I use it. It is also very easy to clean. The lid fits well.
