So not so bad to assemble and appears sturdy, but yet NOT functional when it came down to the last two screws. There is a spring lock on the top of the door that will not lift up. It’s threads get caught, so it’s quite a feat to actually make both sides open. However, the front latch doesn’t work….so it’s not like the front doors close anyway. I did have a bit of a time getting the crate squared enough to at least make the latch connect with the mounted clip, however the mounted metal clip doesn’t have a J bend in it… it’s more like an L. Therefore, if my 12 lb dog leans on the front door it just slides right off. I tried to include a picture to help explain the latch situation. I guess what makes it worse is the instructions have a picture of an "? Email " symbol, but no contact information that I can find. I feel GHOSTED. So unless customer service comes through via this review… this will probably be a definite return. I am really disappointed this didn’t work - it could have been so cool.
