This product is great for storing junk until you want to dispose of it. Simply snap into the bin, peel off the plastic bag and attach to the scooter. You drop the used filler and scrap into the hole at the top, spin the outer roller and the scrap/filler "disappears" (until you remove it). What I appreciate is that there is NO SMELL. Even if you take it out of the locker, it smells very little. The inner bag has only ripped once or twice in 8 years, probably because I didn't clean it fast enough. How often you need to change the bag depends on how many cats you have and how often you decide to empty it. I'm still using my original 'Litter Locker' device with no problems. My local stores recently decided to stop selling original litter box fillers, so I was glad to find them at Revain. And it's even more satisfying to know that they're significantly cheaper by mail order (about $3 less per refill).
