So I really do like my blanket, color came as expected. It DOES have a cooling effect to it, but if you have it on you for a certain period of time the blanket will adjust to your same body temperature and you won’t feel like it’s cooling you down anymore. I have a queen sized blanket so I can move it around some to have a new area of the blanket touching my skin to regain that cooling feeling. The WORST thing about this blanket is that any surface of your body that is rough or dry it will snag on you. I don’t see too much damage to the blanket itself after using it for a month. But I cannot stand the feeling of dry feet or elbows on it, the smallest of hangnails, etc. Of course lotion solves one of my problems usually, but smallest of hangnails sometimes are too difficult of a fix just to try to sleep with a cooling blanket.
