I like that there are several ways of getting in contact via email or chat which works well when you have questions about something specific as opposed from just having general "how do i install this".
Sometimes it's not entirely obvious how things work so asking multiple people at once helps get some clarity! The way they handle upgrades - sometimes its really easy but other times requires lots more effort than expected because their documentation isn't very clear up front if what your doing will break anything else before upgrading properly etc.. So be prepared either by reading all docs first carefully OR use someone who has used them previously AND knows exactly why whats going wrong without needing extensive research beforehand :) We're using mirantis cloud platform mainly due our customers need full control over running nodes themselves rather then us managing those ourselves directly since we don;t want any downtime issues nor security risks involved here even though thats usually handled.
