The ability to manage SOPS in one location is what I like best about this product! It gives me peace of mind that my employees can access their work documents from anywhere, anytime they need them for training or documentation purposes. There's nothing at all we dislike - as far as functionality goes, everything works well. We are able to centralize our processes within the system which allows us consistency across multiple locations while also giving each employee an opportunity to use templates when creating new forms/documents without having to write out every step by hand.
