I was so fed up with this hodgepodge of homemade strainers I wanted to cram into my small pantry that I decided to get rid of them all and replace them with what is best for my life is . But then when I looked at the colanders I was torn because I prefer the expandable colanders that stand over the sink for easy draining. But for a quick berry wash, they're sometimes too big and bulky. Then I saw this 3 pack and realized that it would meet all my needs (because it was basically the same 3 pack I wanted to get rid of!), more compact to store and easier to clean than my old ones, it had too many nooks and crannies for noodles and stews to get stuck in. And I was right on all three counts. They are easy to store, easy to clean, have different functions and require more study than I expected. Really very glad I did the update.
