Really pleasant in the mouth!
I tried the oil rinse with regular coconut oil. I struggled with this as it was sometimes too hard and caused toothache as my gums weren't the healthiest. It is something different. The taste is great and it feels pleasantly warm, making it a very enjoyable mouthwash. I can quite happily have it in my mouth for 20 minutes. Afterwards the mouth becomes very clean and fresh. It's been a few days and I can already feel the difference. That's a great thing! Thank you!
- Unrefined coconut oil solidifies at temperatures below 76 degrees. Warm the sachet in hot water and it will become liquid.
