You need more stakes and ties to build.
The snowman is adorable, but sheds! Big size, easy to assemble, pretty face but the stakes worked poorly in different temperatures. For example, we planted him in the cold ground, but then it got warmer and it started raining, and he planted his face in the yard in front of the house. We added extra bets and it stayed intact. I would recommend spraying the bottom with some sort of waterproofing material before setting it up in inclement weather. He would probably be better off on a sheltered porch or indoors.
