Arrived slowly with many delivery date changes. The seller initially promised an 11 week delivery date with a wide delivery window, then reported an expedited delivery time, then a delay asking me if I would like a different color, and then later delivered within the original 11 week delivery window. . The packaging was good. The device works as it should and is worth the price. I use it with my 10.1 inch tablet. I bought this stand because I was tired of having to adjust the flexible tablet holders every time I pushed them out to slide out of my chair. or my bed. It needs a little tightening to hold my 10.1-inch tablet and it doesn't recline as easily as I was hoping. I recently demonstrated this to a roommate. Now that I've shown that it fully extends the arm, I had to tighten the arm hinges even more to hold the tablet. I don't expect more from an item at this price point, but I would pay a little more for a better streamline/heavier/more adjustable spring to counteract the tablet's weight when fully extended. Luckily, I can easily move the whole assembly out of the way on either my bed or chair so I don't put too much stress on my joints.
